Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt & pepper
1/3 cup Maple Bourbon Apricot Glaze (Retired)
Instructions
Pat salmon fillets with paper towel to remove moisture. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Generously coat the flesh side of the salmon fillets with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the salmon, skin side down, over direct heat with the lid closed for 6-8 minutes. Turn the fillets over, brush with sauce and grill for another 4-5 minutes. Once cooked the skin can be removed. To serve, warm the remaining sauce and spoon over fillets. Salmon can be prepared the same way and baked in the oven at 375°F for 15 minutes. Serve with whipped potatoes.
